Tiffany Fielder is a licensed Medical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, recovery and rehab therapies, as well as transitional care and behavioral health. Tiffany also holds a master's degree in multicultural counseling and has worked in both the public and private sectors as an Administrator, Director of Patient Services and Director of Community Relations. Her areas of expertise include relapse prevention, cognitive behavioral therapy and transitional care therapy .
Toni Garner
Executive Rehab Director
Toni has worked in the behavioral health, and healthcare fields for over 10 years. She’s held several leadership roles at healthcare, rehabilitation, and substance abuse treatment facilities. Toni also has clinical experience treating sports injuries,post surgical recovery, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, ADHD, body image, addictions, trauma and conflict in relationships. Toni's greatest joy is witnessing the amazing transformation that happens when all of the combined efforts and expertise of her team result in healing and wholeness in the lives of those she serves .
